Returns & Refunds

Many of us have tried rosins that claim to be "long-lasting" but with no policy behind that statement.

If you’re unsatisfied with your rosin for any reason, you can return your order within 1 year of purchase for a refund.

• Once a refund has been issued, future orders are not eligible for return.
• Email bassmentrosin@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If requested, I can provide a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund.
• Refunds cover the item price only and are sent to your original payment method once the return arrives.
