• What we collect: name, email, shipping address, and payment details handled securely by our payment processor (we never see your full card number).
• How we use it: to fulfill your order, handle support questions, and contact you directly if needed about your purchase or if you have reserved your spot in line during a break. Very rarely, like if I ever make another rosin, I might email you once to let you know.
• Cookies: our site uses basic cookies and analytics to keep the store running smoothly. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to shop.
• Email: We don’t send regular marketing emails or share your data with advertisers. If you’ve ordered before, you might occasionally receive a personal update if there’s something major to announce.
• Analytics: We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our website and improve the shopping experience. Data is anonymous and never shared with advertisers.
• Data security: Order information is stored securely by our payment and e-commerce providers (such as Stripe and WooCommerce). Analytics data is handled by PostHog using encrypted servers. We keep only what’s needed for tax and support purposes and delete data when no longer required.
• Data sharing: We don’t sell your personal data or share it with anyone outside the services needed to run this site. These include WooCommerce, Stripe, and other processors for payments, and PostHog for anonymous site analytics. None of these services use your data for advertising.
